Where are you located?
FELIPRIME is located in Delaware but we operate as an online store only.
Where do my products come from?
We currently have warehouse/shipping facilities in Europe & China. We try our best to ship from the warehouse closest to you but if we are unable to do so due to limited stock, your order will be shipped from our main warehouse in China.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide for FREEÂ
How long does the order processing take?
We generally take 5- 12Â business days to process our orders and co-ordinate with our warehouse and shipping departments.
What are your shipping times?
Australia, US, UK - estimated delivey time of 12-25 days [change here according to your supplier terms]. Although the order usually arrives faster than this, certain things like delays at customs or processing time can effect delivery time.
Rest of the world - For all other countries, the delivery times vary between 20-40 days.

Why is a part of my order missing?
Sometimes, your products will be shipped separately to avoid any delays caused by some products being backlogged or temporarily out of stock.

Do I have to pay customs fees?
Due to the global nature of our business we are not responsible for any customs fees once items have shipped. In 99% of cases, custom fees are
not collected. However, we are not able to control this factor and if any fees arise in your country we are not responsible for them.
Where can I track my order?
You can use our tracking page [insert link] or use an international tracking tool, such as https://17track.net.
The tracking says that the order is delivered, but it’s not. What should I do?
In most cases, it is found that the delivery was made but left in an unexpected location. We advise you to contact your local delivery company and ask them about specific details about the delivery (i.e. left on back porch / left with a neighbor). If you did contact the delivery company and they were not able to help you, please contact us at feliprime@yahoo.com and we will help you as soon as possible.

Warranty & Repair
All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns & Refunds
Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.
In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
